Cultural Safety

A culturally safe workplace is one that is respectful and accommodating to cultural differences.  When we’re providing culturally safe workplaces for First Nations peoples, we’re creating a foundation on which they can thrive. This helps to attract more people with different life and cultural experiences, and that encourages fresh and innovative ways of thinking and working.  Our one-day workshops help to identify cultural safe/unsafe environments where one learns the necessary skills to create great work environments.
