Arrilla's Privacy Collection Statement

This Privacy Collection Statement explains how we collect, use, disclose and manage personal information as part of the surveys completed by users of Arrilla’s cultural competency training.

Arrilla Indigenous Consulting Pty Ltd (Arrilla, or we, us, our) makes available and maintains a digital Indigenous Cultural Competency training program known as ‘Arrilla Digital’ (the Product) to clients, for example, your employer (Client) for that Client’s personnel (Users) to access and use the Product. A part of the Product is the Impact Assessment Survey (Survey) which enables us to assess the impact the Product has had on the Client and its Users.

This statement sets out how Arrilla collects, uses, discloses and manages personal information as part of the Survey.

Purpose of collection

Where Arrilla collects personal information about you as part of the Survey (for example email addresses), we do so for the purposes of:

  • verifying who you are and whether you are a User of the relevant Client;
  • assessing the impact that your use of the Product has had on your knowledge and understanding of the matters in the Product; and
  • providing reports to the Client about the impact the Product has had on Users.


You can remain anonymous when completing the Survey and generally we de-identify your responses to the Survey so that we do not generally identify you against your Survey responses, unless you agree that we may do so. We generally aggregate the information provided by groups of Users to the Client in a way that does not identify individual Users. However, we collect some personal information from you in order to facilitate the Survey and to follow up with you if necessary.

We may disclose your personal information to our external service providers for the purpose of running, managing and maintaining the database on which the information is stored.


Access, correction and complaints

Arrilla’s Privacy Policy is available via the link and contains information about how you can access the personal information we hold about you and seek the correction of that information.
Arrilla’s Privacy Policy also contains information about how you may complain about a breach of privacy in relation to your personal information, and how Arrilla will deal with your complaint.
